I remember when you could walk into a Dunkin' Donuts and find donuts within... This place felt like more of a coffee shop that just happened to have a few stale crappy donuts lying around. Not very impressed.
Unhappy employees that are very rude and gate there jobs. Very unclean inside. I recommend doing drive thru then go inside. It's gross!
I visited on 12/23/17....around 9:15am. I ordered theu drive thru, but had to come in to pay. This apparently through the whole morning off. I could see and hear the young woman making the sandwiches be VERY VOCAL about how this annoyed her. And she came over to the register to make me feel stupid. I get that it was inconvenient.....but i worked in a drive thru environment and it happens. Very rude experience.
When it first opened it was amazing. Now they never have the donuts or bagels I like or the donuts are dry. When the original manager from Illinois ran the store everything was fresh and in stock. Now it's hit or miss.
Employees were extremely unhelpful. There were kids running around screaming and climbing on tables. I feel violated.
