Best decision! Knowledgeable staff, willing to help. I took my bike in knowing it didn't fit well, they suggested a couple items and some fixes after looking at it. Have them the bike, next day holy was it done well and helped tremendously. I have them a 200 budget but they came in at 125 and fixed way more than I anticipated. Good care with my bike with me in mind. Highly suggested team of professionals ready to explain and work with a novice like me.

Took my teenagers bike in most Saturday mornings for wheel repair (he is a poor curb jumper). Always fixed the problem on the spot and at a reasonable price. Never tried to sell me what I didn't need. Today my tires were low on a early evening ride. I was concerned they were shot and pop on the fox river trail. I stopped in for help. They told me the tires were worn but had time left. They pumped up the tires to the correct pressure and told me not to worry. These people are truly Green Bay good: always friendly, never pushy, and you always feel good when you leave their store.
This place is absolutely wonderful. Had the pleasure of dealing with both owners of the place. They both really knew what they were doing and what they were talking about. We ended up buying 2 bikes and went back a couple days later and bought the bike rack. The gentleman was able to look at me and know exactly what size bike I needed. He took the time to explain all the differences and to make sure we understood what we were getting. The bike I ended up with wasn't even assembled at the time as he just got a fresh shipment in. They even offered to have it ready in 15 minutes. I chose to wait till the next day as I wanted to ride it first to get a feel for it. They put both bikes on hold till the next day. We came back and I liked the bike so we bought them. My old bike rack I had to bring the bikes home ended up not working so well. We were going to take one bike home and come back to get the second one. Instead he offered to bring them home for us. That is awesome customer service and he didn't have to do that. Now I can say this.. The bikes were not cheap but this is an investment that will last a very long time and felt it was worth the price. To put it this way the construction of the bikes don't even come close to the box stores and we only paid a couple hundred more than the box stores. We know that we can come here anytime to get adjustments if we need them. So far every time we have walked in the door we were greeted immediately. Even when they were really busy. If you are looking for a bike or just advice in general this is the place to go.
My experience here was overall okay, it seemed like the employee was almost annoyed he had to get up and help me. I just needed a quick check on a bike that I built to make sure everything was right. He did a few minor adjustments. It took about 10 minutes or less, the part I was a bit shocked about was that this 10 minute check cost over $40. I'm a beginner rider so idk if that's a lot but I will probably not be back as it seemed like I was taken for a ride.
