We live in Appleton and came to this Walmart while on our way back from Green bay... hands down the friendly Walmart I have ever been too! Every single worker was happy and cheerful. Amazing service!
Decided to go into the Walmart in De Pere after work and realize how much nicer of a store it is then the Green Bay West store. I actually found the people working on the floor that were willing to help and when I went to the service desk it was the usual one person working but as soon as there was four people in line a CSM came up and assisted to move the line quicker. I have been in the store on two other occasions and saw the same thing at the front end. Obviously a management team that cares. The store was very clean and organized as well.
Very convenient with very good pricing. Tried the express check out today. I will definitely be using that again.
Very good neighborhood. Crowd is managed extremely well. Never a huge queue in this Walmart. Calm and pleasent staff. Great New pickup service!!!, Cuts my shopping time in half. Order online, quick pick up in store. Can't get groceries through pick up yet though, only Appleton stores have it as of now.
Do not ever go to this Auto Center. I don’t normally go to Walmart for Auto needs, but I thought, what the heck, I just need a headlight replaced and I don’t have the right tools to get at my replacement bulb. Well, after waiting and hour with no help, someone told me that they were pulling in my vehicle next. Well, waited another 15 min, while watching only 1 tech working n the garage. Who knows where the other 3 techs were at. If Walmart can’t help replace a simple headlight, I can’t imagine how they perform any other service. I wouldn’t trust them.
