Normally I don't take my hardware in for repairs, but I had a very unusual and clunky laptop that needed a few things done to it. Most local places either ignored my inquiries or told me they couldn't do the work I was requesting, but UES not only accepted the task, but were able to give me exactly what I wanted (within reason) and for a reasonable enough price. If I ever have another unusual issue that is a bit beyond my expertise, I will bring it to them again. If I ever have a friend or family member who wants something done (and I am either too busy or unable to do it myself), I will refer them to UES. The worst thing the family "Tech" can do is to refer said family to something like Geek Squad, especially when a local company like UES exists. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with these guys, give them a shot.
