Well they are not good at managing time because they don't take appointments but yet they can take call ins up to 20 minutes. But they never told me that so I walk in and then others walk in after me and get served first. And so they are kinda all messed up. Salons are either taking appointments or they are a walk in. They want to play the middle but that only frustrates the walk in clientele. I am in the process of lookin for a new salon because almost every time we have been in here the last 6 months have been a frustrating or annoying experience. Tonight included and that was with trying the "20 minute" thing. Boo
I went to this salon tonight and I am so disappointed/upset about the service we got there. We checked in at 5:04pm and I said I would like a hair cut for my son. She said it would be about 20-25 minutes and to check back in 20 minutes. I said...sounds good I have shopping to do. I checked back in at 5:02 (18 minutes later) and the girl was taking two children back with her as walk-ins (before us). At this point I wasn't happy as she saw we were just walking back in. So I sat down with my toddler and my newborn and the women said nothing to me. There was another girl working who I figured would take my son when she was done. After sitting for another 40 minutes I was getting pretty upset, but more upset no one had acknowledged us the whole time. One women got done and knew we had been waiting for a very long time... instead of acknowledging us she walked right by us without saying a word. She went back to her station cleaned up and then headed to the back....a full hour later we walked out and I was so mad. No one said one word to us, apologized for the wait, told us it was going to be a long wait... nothing we were totally ignored. The WORST service I have ever had...they were so rude to us. Never go there please...they don't deserve anyone's business.
I always get great service there! All of the ladies are friendly & professional! Especially my favorite stylist, Anna! And no matter how I look & feel when I walk in. I ALWAYS look & feel like a million bucks when I walk out the door! My boyfriend loves what they do with my hair too! And best of all, I get to look great & it doesn't cost me a fortune!! And the added bonus of spending time with a group of fantastic people!!Plus they always have some sort of sale going on!! What more could you ask for?!?
