I called for an appointment, being a previous patient, and was given one for the next day. A half hour later Aurora called back and said they have to cancel the appointment because I haven't been to my primary physician recently. If I wanted an appointment I would have to wait 2 weeks as a 'new patient'. The fact that I have ended up in De Pere urgent care on numerous occasions because the schedulers can't get me in to see my primary physician in a reasonable time frame is of no consideration. It's ok that Aurora can shuffle and change physical appointments that are made a year ahead of time, moving them out a couple of months. But if I elect, to go to Urgent Care because my primary physician can not see me for a week, and am now considered a "new patient" because of it, I have little hope Aurora DePere will be there when really needed. Time to move on.
I've gone here for several years and I've never had a problem scheduling anything. The OBGYN was very kind and that helped me to feel not so bad, cause we all hate THOSE appointments! I also have never had to wait long for an appointment and was able to move an appointment today that I scheduled for October to this Friday, September 15.
I take my kids to the pediatrician there Dr. Zahn. I think it is a nice place there is always a very small wait time. I wanted to put a positive review because I think people only come on here when there is something negative and I have not had any bad experiences there. The urgent care is good as well.

Psychiatrists are useless. Took my Mother there for help. She seen Dr. Hendricks for months. She was not making any progress, she was getting worse. Asked him to please help but he did nothing. Said she was fine. Would not recommend! Went somewhere else where she's getting the help she needs.
