The pharmacy service is very unreliable. There have been many instances where we have had prescriptions filled and when we arrive at the appointed time or often hours later, the prescription is still not filled. In the case of our latest issue, we called in the prescription at around 8 AM. When we arrived at 12:45 PM we were told that the prescription was not filled because it could only be refilled every 25 days and it was day 21. While this is not Shopko's fault, a courtesy call earlier that morning would have given us ample time to resolve the issue before arriving to pick up the prescription. It is ridiculous and irritating that they did not pick up the phone and alert us that there was an issue or delay. They have left us no choice but to explore other alternatives who will gladly provide quality service.
Pharmacy and the employees are always friendly and prompt. Drive thru is quick and easy. Really can't complain.
