Is he actively trying to continue to cause trauma to me in this exchange? To following is him breaking every freedom of religion law this country has set up.

I read your information & I understand what the De Pere Police Department is supposed to do, but what have they done to you that makes you so upset. The police are part of the government and there is a clear separation of church and state. We uphold all religious freedoms, regardless of the religion.

Did you call for the De Pere police when you were refused service at a place of public accommodation?

Best police officer's and department!!! Thank you for everything you all go through for our safety!!!

I have trauma that occurs from being molested & not allowed religious freedom thus I find it difficult to speak on the phone

Support Law Enforcement Officers!

Harassment by police officers for playing pokemon at night and making a necessary careful turn in a park lot full of geese. Unnecessary unpolite use of DePeres police force. Very disappointed. Profiling at its worse...and asking questions made the young police officer more agitated. Stop harassing law abiding citizens and start pulling over drunks and criminals...that's what your paid for by us.

I was just trying to figure out how your religious beliefs were being taken away by the De Pere Police department for not stepping in and enforcing the law when you were refused service at a place of public accommodation, yet you didn’t call us, and somehow we are supposed to guess that the situation was happening at that moment in time. Based on the information you provided I now have to disagree with your comments that the De Pere Police had anything to do one way or another with your religious rights or freedom. But, I thought this was a great conversation anyway. Thank you for the opportunity to get to know you better.

I do not know when you will be able to move in and use public accommodations, by that I think you mean an apartment or house. Changing a religion is not part of using public accommodations. Paying for it is though, and until you resolve that in your own mind, the situation will remain the same I imagine. Please understand owners of apartments or houses will most likely not let a person stay for free as there are numerous expenses the owner must incur. If your religion doesn’t allow you to use money, then I wonder how you eat, and take care of yourself? Money isn’t evil, the improper use of it is. Money comes in many forms. It may be a clam shell, dollar bill, shekel, or beaver pelt. Even back 2,000 years ago, money was used to exchange for other things. That’s how societies operate. Government cannot give everything to everybody for free. If they did, they would have to get it from somewhere or someone and that would be taking without compensation. Not a good practice really. The tipping over of tables by a messiah also was to make a point that money had corrupted those at the temple steps, not that money was bad.

Religion is any cultural system of behaviors or belief that relates humanity to an order of existence & my religion doesn't use money & others do and the job or a law enforcer is to make sure all religions can be practiced.

In a world where the president is being called to be impeached because of hateful statements and actions forced on other view points. Where I was bragged to by a random guy about how rich he was, and recommended the extermination of African Americans. The De Pere police chief is apparently allowed to do both of these things to Jesus's and all other major religions religious beliefs. I am the blood of your blood and the flesh of your flesh that the De Pere police chief is raping & murdering me at this present moment. Even though involuntary servitude is illegal and the First Amendment of the United States States That You Can Practice Any Religion as Long as It Does Not Force Another Person To Practice That Religion, & The Government Can Not Support One Religion Over Another or Impede The Free Exercise of That Religion. Here is De Pere Police Chief Breaking All Those Laws By Pushing His Religion On Me, Impeding the Free Exercise of My Religion, Committing Treason by Providing Aid and Comfort To One Belief Over Another, & Claiming to Have an Active War Against My Religion. Also admitting to be an active terrorist against other peoples interpretation of Jesus's religious beliefs. Civil rights act of 1964 states that no place of public accommodation can refuse service to someone based on religion & so does the fair housing act.

When will I be allowed to be free?

From my one converstation with officer Giese I really wonder what world the De Pere police dept are in. Seriously I have a lot of respect for men and woman who are peace keepers but to do that job you have to have a decent head on your shoulders. My encounter makes me wonder if the entire department lacks human empathy or if it's just officer Giese.
