So far so good. We just moved to this area and have a 10 yr old lab with epilepsy and the vet got us in quick to refill her rx and have been great so far.
Doctor Nasal and her staff was very friendly and worked with us to have a prescription filled that was necessary to treat one of our dogs. they called in the prescription and had it delivered to their office for easy pickup. Her staff ordered and split the pills into proper portions to make it easy for us to give them to our dog . We were very happy with the service .
The staff is always very helpful. My cats are relaxed and treated with caring and compassion. Great place to come for loving pet care.
Recently had our 5 month old puppy spayed. Dr. Dan was very good and communicated with us throughout the process as well through recovery. Very nice place for animal care.
Dr. Dan and the Happy Tails crew are amazing. We recently had to face the harsh reality that our cat, Tank, was gravely ill. Dr. Dan and the crew did everything they could to make sure we knew all of our options and kept us well appraised of Tank's condition. Dr. Dan personally called me late at night to keep me updated on his status. When we were faced with the awful choice to sent him to sleep, the staff were there to comfort us. They gave us a room to spend some final alone time with our little boy and mourned with us as Dr. Dan sent him gently on his way. Since then they've been amazing helping us make sure our other boy, Growler, isn't similarly affected despite having the same illness and have helped us warmly welcome a new kitten, Toast, into our lives. This whole process was devastating for us, but the staff at Happy Tails were so kind and attentive and I know that the process would have done so much more damage emotionally if they hadn't been the loving and guiding hands there for us when we needed them.
