Wow super impressed with the business. They were fast with the same day delivery. My boyfriend called me right away saying heaven just got delivered. Will definitely do business again!
I live in a different state, and I called to make the order. The lady wasn't pleasant on the phone at all, and I understand I made a mistake in calling the basket fruit and chocolate. She kept saying we don't have a a fruit chocolate basket, I realized I was calling it the wrong name. We get it the name figured out but she doesn't add any chocolate dipped anything. I recall keep asking for fruit and chocolate, I guess I would have then asked would you like chocolate added to your fruit.
Today I received my box of chocolate covered strawberries with a deflated valentine balloon delivered to my work place. All I got to say is for the amount of money my husband paid and for the poor service we received. We will take are business else where.
My mom gets her 100.00 plus basket and no chocolate dipped anything. So frustrating.
I gave her two stars only because the it did look nice, but so much for customer service.
