Not your usual good service. Could hear a lot of cursing in the back of the restaurant. Not an argument but I rather in a regular conversation between employees. Dining area was not clean. Bathroom needed attention and the garbage was overflowing. And this was at about 2 p.m. the pizza was not made properly. When I picked it up by the end of the crust it didn't stand up with the toppings on it at all, in fact, the toppings and cheese all slid off the other end. I felt as though it was more of a chore for the employee than a willingness to help a customer.
We ordered extra garlic sauce with our pizza and garlic knots, but did not realize we didn't get them until we got home. Pretty disappointed. However the staff was friendly and had the rest of our order ready in the time they promised.
Food is good but i do not like that they dont wear plastic gloves, etc. I have watched the same people count money, answer phones and type on computer and then touch the pizza dough to make pizza all without washing their hands. To me that is discusting. So many germs. I do like the pizza but thought someone should say something about this. To me its not right. Sorry.
I ordered cheesy bread. I was at a hotel 1 mile away from papa johns and it took them over 3 hours to deliver the damn food. They made me pay full price even though I waited for ever
This place is garbage. Estimated time of 25-30 mins. Call after 45 mins and placed on hold. Waited 5 mins and called again, got right thru to someone this time surprisingly. They told me it would be here within 10 mins. At that time I told them I would give them 10 mins and if it wasn't here at that time I would call and cancel out. Well 15 mins later it still wasn't here so I called and cancelled. Girl on the phone told me I wouldn't be charged so waiting to see if that is correct. Do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time. Call Pizza Hut or anywhere else and save your time and hassle. Will NEVER try to order from here again!
