Stuffed crust dried and burned... called first they said it was supposed to be that way. Next person they put on the phone said they could swap it out, told them I had to be to work in 15 mins so I didn't have time for that. She rudely asked what I wanted her to do about it... I don't cook pizzas for a living so I wouldn't know what "you" should do about. Save your money save your time.
We've ordered from here a few times. Food and service have been average until our most recent order. Pizza came on time and the deliveryman was friendly, but we found the pizza to have been smooshed into one side of the box when we opened. It turned out to be severely undercooked, and there was no crust flavoring (which we did order). Again this isn't the first time we've ordered from this location, and we haven't had any problems previously, but we felt like we didn't get our money's worth this time and we may not be ordering again anytime soon.
The closest Pizza Hut to us, so we would order from here when we wanted to eat pizza with more variety than most of the competition. Have always had our orders made on time (or only had to wait for about a minute or so), and it's nice that they have the drive-thru for pickup.
I asked them to write “21” on the pizza in pepperonis for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday and they did an awesome job!!!
50 percent pizza 50 percent service. Ordered pizza and 2 hours later have no pizza. Was told they do not know status called 20 mins later and we appeared to be next out for delivery. Little ceasers could have delivered faster and they don't even deliver.
